Residential Apartments

The top floor of the Commerce building is home to seven residential studio apartments that have been tastefully updated and remodeled while keeping their vintage atmosphere intact.

    All apartments feature a separate kitchen with original cabinetry, skylight and 9-foot ceilings. Each kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove with oven and refrigerator/freezer.

    Most apartments feature a re-built fold-down Murphy bed with new mattress in the living/bedroom.

    The residences share a ground level entry with the commercial spaces over the Title Building. The locked entrance can be opened when your guests ring your residence.
